Apexis Partners is an independent consulting practice founded by Othmane Abouchadi.
Othmane brings more than 12 years of experience across operations, business management and transformation programs in Paris and New York, including roles and engagements at Société Générale, BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole CIB and Exane.
His work combines operational knowledge with program leadership: understanding what happens on the ground, giving management a clear view and bringing teams together to deliver change.
Alongside his consulting background, he builds software and automation projects using AI tools, developing practical experience in moving from an operating need to a working prototype.
